ADC Demands INEC Chairman Amupitan's Resignation

The call for resignation was made during a world press conference held in Abuja on Thursday, where notable political figures were present, including former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, former Osun State Governor Rauf Aregbesola, former Kano State Governor Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, former Anambra State Governor Peter Obi, and former Rivers State Governor Rotimi Amaechi. Other attendees included former Cross River State Governor Liyel Imoke, Alhaji Kashim Iman, former Edo State Governor John Odigi Oyegun, and Ralph Nwosu, the national chairman of the ADC.

The ADC's demand reflects growing concerns about INEC's role and decisions impacting the political landscape in Nigeria.
