INEC Introduces AI Training Bot for Anambra Election Preparation

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has launched an AI-powered virtual assistant called "INEC Train Virtual Assist" to enhance the training of electoral officers ahead of the Anambra governorship election scheduled for November 8. The tool, accessible via Telegram, provides 24-hour access to essential election training materials and interactive lessons, allowing officers to learn at their own pace.

INEC also conducted a mock accreditation exercise in select polling units across Anambra State to test the upgraded biometric voter accreditation system. This initiative aims to ensure that the electoral team is fully equipped for their critical role in the upcoming election.
