Anambra Labour Leaders Pledge Partnership with HoS Iwuono

The Organized Labour in Anambra State, represented by Comrade Humphrei Emeka Nwafor, who is the Chairman of the Nigerian Labour Congress (NLC) Anambra State chapter, visited the new Head of Service, Ngozi Anuli Iwuono, to express their commitment to synergy and partnership. During the visit, they congratulated Iwuono on her appointment and emphasized the importance of addressing labor issues effectively.

Nwafor highlighted the need for a collaborative approach to ensure a smooth industrial relationship, particularly as the state prepares for the 2026 transition. Iwuono, in response, appreciated the Organized Labour's support and expressed her commitment to creating opportunities for people with disabilities through affiliations with the NLC and TUC.

She underscored the necessity of a cordial relationship to resolve labor issues and promote prosperity in Anambra State, which she described as a special state for its people.
