APC Primaries End in Chaos as Youths Confront Chairman

Following the conclusion of the APC primaries in Igabi, tensions erupted as angry youths confronted the party's chairman, Haruna Sani. The youths accused party officials of manipulating the electoral process, claiming there was no proper accreditation or counting of votes.

Eyewitnesses reported that Dakaci Hussaini Jalo was suddenly announced as the winner, which sparked outrage among party supporters. Musa Salihu expressed disappointment, stating that no counting occurred and that the announcement of Jalo's victory was undemocratic.

Musbahu Idri echoed similar sentiments, noting that the process was flawed. In response to the chaos, youths attempted to prevent an attack on the APC chairman, who was forced into a waiting vehicle as tensions escalated.

Haruna Sani defended the electoral process, asserting that valid primaries were conducted despite the allegations of injustice from the youth.
