Another Unruly Passenger Attacks Cabin Crew on Ibom Air Flight

Ms. Comfort Emmanson was arrested and sent to Kirikiri Correctional Centre in Lagos after attacking cabin crew on an Ibom Air flight from Uyo to Lagos.

The incident occurred when Emmanson refused to switch off her phone as per safety regulations, leading to a confrontation with the crew. She was restrained by security personnel and prevented from leaving the aircraft upon arrival in Lagos.

Ibom Air has placed an indefinite flight ban on Emmanson and emphasized its zero-tolerance policy towards unruly behavior that jeopardizes the safety of passengers and crew. The Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) has also imposed travel restrictions on Emmanson and emphasized the need for passengers to comply with safety regulations.
