AON Announces Another Punishment for Ibom Air Passenger As Court Sends Her to Kirikiri

AON has indefinitely banned Comfort Emmanson, a passenger of Ibom Air, following her disruptive behavior and attack on airport security at Lagos' Murtala Muhammed Airport. The decision was made to ensure the safety of crew and passengers.

This punishment comes after another incident involving Nigerian musician Wasiu Ayinde and Senator Air Peace. AON has called on the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria to enhance airport security, citing a gap in Aviation Security response.

Comfort Emmanson has been remanded to Kirikiri correctional facility. Michael Achimugu, director of consumer affairs at the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority, advised passengers to follow routine procedures to avoid such issues.
