APC Extends Nomination Form Sale Deadline to May 5, 2026

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has announced an extension for the sale of nomination forms for the upcoming 2027 general elections. The decision was made during a meeting of the National Working Committee (NWC) held on Thursday at the party's national secretariat in Abuja.

Hon. Durosinmi Meseko, the party's Deputy National Public Secretary, confirmed that the sale of forms will now close at midnight on May 4, 2026.

Additionally, the deadline for the submission of completed forms, which must be accompanied by required documents, has been extended to midnight on May 5, 2026. This extension was deemed necessary to accommodate the high level of interest from aspirants and to account for a nationwide public holiday observed on Friday.

The original schedule for the sale of forms was set to run from Saturday, April 25, 2026, to Saturday, May 2, 2026.
