APC Appoints New North-West Zonal Executives in Kaduna

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has appointed new North-West zonal executives during a congress held in Kaduna State. Muhammad Datti Garba Babawo from Kaduna State has emerged as the new zonal chairman, while Hadiza Alhaji from Sokoto State has been named the zonal woman leader.

Abdulhamid Umar Mohd from Kano State has been reappointed as the zonal youth leader. Other appointments include Salisu Tsafe from Zamfara State as the zonal organizing secretary, Mailafiya Mada from Zamfara State as the zonal public secretary, and Bashir Hussaini from Jigawa State as the legal adviser.

Governor Uba Sani of Kaduna State addressed the delegates, advocating for unity within the party and affirming APC's identity as a truly democratic and grassroots-driven political party. He also welcomed new entrants, including Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf of Kano State and Dauda Lawal of Zamfara State, and defended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's reform agenda, highlighting gains in agriculture, energy, and social interventions.
