APC Appoints New North-West Executives in Kaduna Congress

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has announced new North-West zonal executives following a congress held in Kaduna State. Garba Babawo from Kaduna State has been appointed as the chairman, while Hadiza Alhaji from Sokoto State has been named the zonal woman leader.

Abdulhamid Mohd from Kano State has been reappointed as the zonal youth leader. Other appointments include Salisu Tsafe from Zamfara State as the organizational secretary, Mailafiya Mada from Zamfara State as the public secretary, and Bashir Hussaini from Jigawa State as the legal adviser.

The congress, which aimed to strengthen the party's structure in the North-West, was attended by prominent political figures, including Kaduna Governor Uba Sani, who emphasized the need for unity within the party. Sani also defended President Bola Tinubu's reform agenda and highlighted various gains in agriculture, energy, and social interventions.

The event marked a significant moment for the APC as it seeks to affirm its identity as a grassroots-driven political party.
