ADC Accuses APC of Inflating Membership Figures

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has publicly condemned the All Progressives Congress (APC), labeling them as "liars" for allegedly deceiving Nigerians with inflated membership figures and misleading information regarding the recent primary elections. Bolaji Abdullahi, speaking on behalf of the ADC, specifically criticized the APC's announcement that Bola Tinubu won the primary election with 10.99 million votes.

Abdullahi accused the APC of inflating their membership claims to 11 million, which he described as a tactic to mislead the public. He further stated that the ADC would challenge the APC's claims regarding their membership registration, which was submitted to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

Abdullahi characterized the APC's actions as laughable and suggested that they are setting the stage for potential electoral rigging in the upcoming 2027 general elections.
