APC National Convention Committee Holds Inaugural Meeting

The All Progressives Congress (APC) national convention committee, chaired by former Katsina State Governor Aminu Masari, convened its inaugural meeting in Abuja. Masari expressed confidence that the committee would meet the expectations of the Nigerian people and set a standard for future conventions.

The committee comprises capable members tasked with ensuring the party emerges united ahead of the 2027 general elections. It will work closely with the National Working Committee (NWC) and relevant party organs to coordinate effective delivery of its objectives.

The meeting included notable attendees such as Vice Chairman Anyim Pius Anyim, Yobe State Governor Mai Mala Buni, Kano State Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf, and Minister of Information Moham Idri Malagi, among others. The committee aims to create a template for future APC conventions and ensure that the party produces the best convention ever.
