Engr David Nweze Umahi, co-chairman of the transport and accommodation committee, met with APC stalwarts on a Tuesday evening in Abuja to strategize for the party's national convention set for March 26-27, 2026. The meeting focused on ensuring a successful and hitch-free convention by addressing logistics, accommodation, and transport arrangements for delegates and high-profile party members.

Arc Ahm Musa Dangiwa, alongside Umahi, emphasized the critical role of the committee in delivering its mandate, which includes coordinating hotel accommodations and transport for delegates and special guests.
