Tinubu Wins APC Presidential Primary in Delta with 407,646 Votes

Bola Tinubu emerged victorious in the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential primary held in Delta, securing 407,646 votes. His opponent, Stanlei Osifo, received zero votes.

The announcement was made by Sheriff Oborevwori, the state coordinator and returning officer for the APC primary election, who confirmed the results at the collation center in Asaba. The primary election saw participation from 407,646 accredited members out of a total of 467,815 registered APC members in Delta.

Oborevwori commended party members and stakeholders for ensuring a peaceful and orderly election process, describing it as a success that reflects internal party unity. Solomon Arenyeka, the APC chairman in Delta, expressed gratitude for the smooth conduct of the primary election.

The event concluded the party's internal electoral process, paving the way for future political activities leading up to the general elections.
