Cubana Chief Priest Addresses APC Primaries Outcome

Cubana Chief Priest, a socialite and businessman, responded to the outcome of the APC House of Representatives primaries held for the Orsu, Orlu, and Oru East constituencies in Imo State. In a lengthy statement shared via Instagram, he clarified his position following consultations with party leaders, including Imo State Governor Hope Uzodimma.

He argued for fair representation, stating that the Orlu Local Government Area should secure at least two terms in the House, especially considering the previous service of Asiwaju Jerri Alagboso. Cubana Chief Priest expressed disappointment over the perception that he did not participate in the primaries, asserting he was not present at the venue and criticized misinformation circulating online.

He reaffirmed his commitment to the APC and the re-election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in 2027, urging party members to remain focused and loyal despite the challenges faced during the primaries.
