Nasarawa Speaker Dr. Danladi Jatau Concedes APC Primary Defeat

Dr. Danladi Jatau, the Speaker of the Nasarawa State House of Assembly, publicly accepted his defeat in the All Progressives Congress (APC) primary elections for the Karu, Keffi, and Kokona Federal Constituency.

This announcement was made during a meeting with the Nasarawa State APC leadership in Lafia on Monday. Jatau emphasized the importance of moving forward and supporting the party's leadership, stating that the results should be accepted in good faith.

He acknowledged the need for unity within the APC to ensure future success and expressed appreciation for the leadership of Hon. Aliyu Bello, the state APC chairman.

Jatau reiterated his commitment to the party's goals and recognized the maturity and sportsmanship displayed during the primary elections, despite the outcome not being in his favor.
