APC Confirms No Substitution of Assembly Candidates in Nasarawa

The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Nasarawa State, under the leadership of State Chairman Dr. Aliyu Bello, has announced that there will be no substitution of Assembly candidates.

Bello stated that the names submitted to the national secretariat are authentic and final, and no changes will be made to the candidates who filled out the nomination forms. He explained that the distribution of forms follows the timeline set by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and that the primary elections have been conducted successfully.

Bello expressed optimism that the APC will win all 24 seats in the state House of Assembly, citing the party's recent successes in off-cycle elections across the country. He acknowledged that while there may be disappointment among some party members regarding the primary process, it is a normal occurrence.

Bello also mentioned the establishment of a reconciliation committee to address grievances and emphasized the importance of unity within the party as they prepare for the elections.
