APC Screens 115 Aspirants for Zamfara Assembly Elections

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has screened 115 aspirants interested in contesting for the 2027 elections for the Zamfara State House of Assembly. The screening exercise was conducted at the party's state secretariat in Birnin Magaji, with Hon.

Ibrahim Muhammad overseeing the process. The party is vying for 24 seats in the state assembly.

It was noted that some aspirants did not attend the screening despite purchasing forms to contest. The APC has stated that the door remains open for further aspirants who wish to express their interest in the upcoming elections.

Hon. Ibrahim Muhammad described the screening as peaceful and emphasized that it provided everyone an opportunity to participate in the electoral process.
