APC Suspends Olatunbosun Oyintiloye Over ₦5.6 Million Misappropriation in Osun

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has indefinitely suspended Olatunbosun Oyintiloye, a former member of the Osun State House of Assembly, over allegations of misappropriating ₦5.6 million. The suspension was announced by the party's ward 01 Ibokun Obokun Local Government Area in Osun State.

Oyintiloye is accused of misconduct, including siphoning party funds without authorization. The decision was communicated in a letter addressed to the Osun State APC chairman, Tajudeen Lawal, dated January 29, 2026.

The letter, jointly signed by 18 ward executives and five leaders, alleges that Oyintiloye took the funds without proper authorization, leading to internal divisions within the ward. Despite holding several political appointments, Oyintiloye is accused of failing to contribute financially to ward activities.

The party emphasized the importance of unity and success ahead of future elections.
