Oyetola's Wife Confident APC Will Win Osun Governorship

On Saturday, Alhaja Kafayat Oyetola, the First Lady of Osun State, expressed her confidence that the All Progressives Congress (APC) would win the governorship election scheduled for August 15. Speaking in Osogbo while leading the Akoni Obinrin Support Group in a "Walk to Win" rally, she endorsed the APC candidate, Bola Oyebamiji, highlighting his potential to transform the state.

Mrs. Oyetola stated that the rally aimed to showcase the party's grassroots strength and encourage voter turnout.

She praised Oyebamiji, known as AMBO, for his experience in the banking sector and his ability to manage the state's economy effectively. Following the rally, she announced a door-to-door mobilization campaign across all local government areas.

Dr. Sekinah Oyebamiji, the wife of the APC candidate, assured residents of peaceful election arrangements, while Funke Egbemode, the Director-General of the support group, called for increased participation of women in politics.
