APC Youth Leaders Support Olawande in Campaign Council

Youth leaders from the All Progressives Congress (APC) across Nigeria have pledged their support for the appointment of Mr Ayodele Olawande as the Director of Youth Mobilisation in the Presidential Campaign Council for the 2027 presidential election. The ruling party announced the complete membership list of the council on Saturday.

Zaka Nehemiah, Chairman of the Forum of 37 APC State Youth Leaders, described Olawande’s appointment as strategic for youth mobilisation. The forum congratulated Senator Abdul’Aziz Yari on his role as Director-General of the campaign council and expressed readiness to collaborate with Olawande to enhance grassroots outreach.

The forum highlighted Olawande’s experience as a former Youth Leader in Ondo State, which they believe will aid in effective youth engagement and political coordination. They have a structure of over 19,533 youth leaders across various local government areas and senatorial districts, committing to support Olawande in mobilising youth for the campaign.
