APC's Henrietta Bulabari Wins Rivers Bye-Election

Henrietta Bulabari of the All Progressives Congress (APC) emerged victorious in the Rivers bye-election, as announced by Professor Angela Brigg. Bulabari secured 7,647 votes, while other parties received the following votes: NNPP with 37, YPP with 23, and ZLP with 47.

The election saw a total of 71,914 registered voters, with 7,834 accredited to cast their ballots. Out of the total valid votes cast, 7,800 were counted, with 34 votes rejected.

Party agents were present during the declaration of results. Following her victory, Bulabari expressed her extreme happiness with the outcome, emphasizing that the election was free, fair, smooth, and peaceful.

She promised to carry out impactful projects for the people of her constituency.
