Aradel Holdings Plc Declares ₦23 Final Dividend for 2025
Aradel Holdings Plc has filed a Board Meeting Resolution with the Nigerian Exchange Limited disclosing approvals made at its Board meeting held on 19th June 2026. The filing covers the approval of its 2025 Audited Financial Statements, Q1 2026 Unaudited Interim Financial Statements, and a final dividend of ₦23.00 per share for the year ended 31st December 2025.
Aradel Holdings Plc notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) and the general public on 19th June 2026 that its Board of Directors met on the same date and approved two sets of financial statements: the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31st December 2025 (2025 AFS) and the Unaudited Interim Financial Statements for the period ended 31st March 2026 (Q1 2026 UFS).
At the same meeting, the Board approved a final dividend of ₦23.00 (Twenty-Three Naira) per share for the financial year ended 31st December 2025. The dividend is subject to applicable withholding tax deductions.
The Company also disclosed that an insider trading closed period, which had been restricting insiders and their connected persons from dealing in the Company's shares, will be lifted 24 hours after the 2025 AFS and Q1 2026 UFS are published on the Issuer's portal. The filing was signed by Company Secretary Titilola Omisore on behalf of Aradel Holdings Plc, which is registered under RC 191616.
