Aradel Holdings Plc has notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited that it failed to meet its 29 May 2026 deadline for releasing its FY 2025 Audited Financial Statements and Q1 2026 Unaudited Interim Financial Statements. The company cited unforeseen complexities in consolidating its newly acquired 40% additional equity interest in ND Western Limited as the reason for the further delay.

Aradel Holdings Plc disclosed on 30 May 2026 that it did not release its FY 2025 Audited Financial Statements and Q1 2026 Unaudited Interim Financial Statements by the 29 May 2026 deadline it had previously communicated to the market on 2 March 2026. The company attributed the delay to unforeseen complexities in consolidating the recently acquired additional 40% equity interest in ND Western Limited into its group reporting framework.

Aradel stated that additional time is required to ensure the consolidated results fairly present the financial position of the enlarged group in line with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements. The company confirmed it is working with its external auditors to complete the process.

Both the FY 2025 Audited Financial Statements and Q1 2026 Unaudited Interim Financial Statements are now scheduled for release on or before 19 June 2026. The company also confirmed that the Closed Period, which commenced on 1 January 2026, will remain in place until 24 hours after both sets of financial statements are published, after which normal trading will resume.

Aradel's current ownership of ND Western Limited stands at 81.67%.
