ARISE News to Host Osun 2026 Governorship Town Hall

ARISE News, in collaboration with the Tribune Newspapers Editorial Board and the Osun State Broadcasting Corporation (OSBC), will host a televised town hall on August 11, 2026, at the Aurora Conference & Event Centre in Osogbo. The event, themed "2026 Governorship Election: The Battle for Osun State," aims to bring together leading candidates ahead of the Osun State governorship election scheduled for August 15, 2026.

Confirmed participants include Governor Ademola Adeleke of the Accord Party, Munirudeen Bola Oyebanji of the All Progressives Congress (APC), and Dr. Najeem Salaam of the African Democratic Congress (ADC). The town hall will focus on critical issues influencing the election and provide voters with direct insights from the candidates.

The event will be livestreamed by ARISE News starting at 11 am, with OSBC also providing a livestream in Yoruba.
