Senior Terrorist Leaders Surrender to Nigerian Army

On July 4, 2026, two senior terrorist commanders surrendered to the Nigerian Army as part of Operation Hadin Kai in Borno State. Capt. Moham Goni, from the Joint Task Force North East, confirmed their arrival in Maiduguri at 7:30 PM on July 5, where they are currently in military custody.
