Two Terrorist Commanders Surrender in Borno, Provide Intel

On June 5, two senior commanders identified as Munzir surrendered to Troop Sector 2 in Geidam as part of the ongoing counter-terrorism campaign led by Oper Hadin Kai. They are currently in military custody, undergoing detailed profiling and debriefing.

Preliminary interrogations indicate that these commanders held influential positions within their terrorist group and possessed extensive knowledge of operational activities, logistical arrangements, and support networks. The intelligence obtained from their debriefing is expected to significantly enhance ongoing operations aimed at locating, disrupting, and dismantling remaining terrorist enclaves across the North East Theatre.

Their surrender represents a major setback for the terrorist faction and further validates the sustained offensive operations conducted by Troop Oper Hadin Kai in conjunction with military partners.
