Arsenal Announces Departure of Beth Mead and Two Others

Arsenal has confirmed that three players will depart the club at the end of the current season. Notably, Beth Mead, who has been with Arsenal for nine seasons, will leave as her contract expires.

During her time at the club, Mead has achieved significant success, winning six major honors, including the Champions League. Recently, she has been linked with a move to Manchester City, where she could partner with former Arsenal forward Vivianne Miedema.

Mead has made 258 appearances for Arsenal, scoring 83 goals. Additionally, Arsenal announced that Laia Codina and Victoria Pelova will also leave the club at the end of the season.

Mead is set to play her final home game for Arsenal against Everton on Wednesday night.
