Activist Mahdi Shehu Predicts Downfall of APC, Warns Against Arrogance in Governance

Human rights activist Mahdi Shehu has warned that the APC party in Nigeria will face a similar fate to the PDP, citing arrogance and injustice as factors leading to downfall. Shehu compared the rise and fall of the PDP over 16 years to the current trajectory of the APC, accusing the latter of disregarding the Nigerian people.

He referenced former PDP chairman Vincent Ogbulafor's pride before the party's collapse and cautioned that arrogance always ends in disgrace. Shehu emphasized the need for change to avoid destruction of institutions and intimidation of citizens.
