Shettima Advocates New Youth Leadership Framework in Abuja

At the Abuja Dialogue held on a Monday, Vice President Kashim Shettima emphasized the necessity of a new framework for youth leadership development, highlighting Nigeria's status as one of the youngest nations globally. He warned that without deliberate institutional investment, the country could not harness its demographic potential.

Shettima noted that the future of Nigeria relies not solely on its natural resources but on sustainable governance and leadership development. He stressed the importance of creating structured pathways for young people to learn and contribute to decision-making processes.

The dialogue, which included contributions from Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu and the Lateef Jakande Leadership Academy, aimed to encourage young Nigerians to actively participate in shaping the future of the country.
