Shettima Praises Soludo at Second Term Inauguration

During the inauguration of Prof. Charles Soludo for his second term as Governor of Anambra State, Vice President Kashim Shettima commended Soludo's significant contributions to nation-building.

Shettima represented President Bola Tinubu at the event held in Awka, emphasizing the need for unity and collaboration across political parties. He noted that Soludo's leadership transcends partisan divides and fosters a conducive environment for development.

Shettima highlighted the importance of Soludo's insights as a distinguished economist and public intellectual, which are vital for Nigeria's progress. In his inaugural speech, Soludo reaffirmed his commitment to serving the state and building on the achievements of his first term, particularly in health, education, finance, and agriculture.

He expressed gratitude for the overwhelming support he received during the gubernatorial elections, where he secured 73 percent of the votes. The Vice President expressed confidence that Soludo's second term would consolidate the foundation for further development in Anambra State.
