Atiku, Amaechi, Malami Submit Nomination Forms for Elections

Atiku Abubakar, the former Vice President of Nigeria, and Chibuike Amaechi, the former Minister of Transport, submitted their nomination forms for the 2027 presidential election. Abubakar also visited the African Democratic Congress (ADC) secretariat in Abuja.

Abubakar Malami, the former Attorney General and Minister of Justice, submitted his nomination form for the Kebbi State governorship election. Amaechi urged Nigerians to vote based on experience and merit, stating that the current administration has caused suffering among citizens.

He called for a direct primary election process, emphasizing the importance of grassroots engagement. Other candidates, including Sandi Onor and David Ombugadu, also submitted their forms, with Onor highlighting his political experience and commitment to change in Nigeria.

Ombugadu received the mandate from the screening committee to represent the PDP in the Nasarawa State governorship election.
