Atiku Abubakar: Most Investigated Politician Since 1999

Demola Olarenwaju, who serves as the Senior Political Assistant to Atiku Abubakar, the presidential candidate of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), claimed that Atiku Abubakar is the most investigated politician in Nigeria since the return to democracy in 1999. Olarenwaju emphasized that no president has ever taken Atiku to court, despite Atiku's history of challenging all presidents electorally and constitutionally.

He responded to a comment on X (formerly Twitter) from a user who suggested that if there were any evidence against Atiku, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) would have pursued him legally. Olarenwaju reiterated that Atiku has consistently sued presidents and has won those cases, underscoring his ability to hold power accountable without fear.
