Atiku Abubakar Launches Presidential Campaign in Sokoto

Atiku Abubakar, the presidential candidate of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), is scheduled to arrive in Sokoto State on Wednesday for the flag-off of his presidential campaign. He is expected at the Sultan Abubakar III International Airport at 9:00 a.m.

The ADC has called on supporters, party leaders, and the public to welcome him. Ibrahim Abdullahi Lamido, the ADC Sokoto State Presidential Campaign Coordinator, invited supporters to receive Atiku at the airport and announced that the campaign flag-off would occur at the ADC state secretariat on No. 1 Ilorin Road, Sokoto.

Lamido urged local government and ward executives, mobilization coordinators, and support groups to ensure maximum participation. This event marks the start of the ADC's presidential campaign activities in Sokoto.

The campaign flag-off was postponed from October 31 to November 4 to address planning and coordination issues, with the ADC apologizing for any inconvenience caused by the change.
