Edo Police Warn Motorists Against Attacking Officers, Suspect Identified

The Edo State Police Command issued a stern warning to motorists following an incident in Benin City where three officers were injured due to dangerous hit-and-run incidents. The suspect, Nsikak Okon, a 19-year-old unlicensed driver, was identified as the driver involved in the incident.

The police command emphasized that there is no justification for motorists to speed at police checkpoints. CP Agbonika reiterated the commitment to maintaining law and order and protecting the safety of citizens.
