Aura V Becomes Youngest Grammy Winner, Surpassing Blue Ivy's Record

Aura V, an eight-year-old American singer, made history by becoming the youngest individual credited with a Grammy win. Aura V, along with the father duo Fy Tch, won the Best Children's Music Album at the 68th Annual Grammy Awards on Sunday.

This achievement sets a new record, surpassing the previous milestone held by Beyoncé and Jay-Z's daughter, Blue Ivy. Blue Ivy won her first Grammy in 2021 at the age of nine for Best Music Video for her contribution to "Brown Skin Girl" at the 63rd Annual Grammy Awards.

The song featured Beyoncé, Nigerian singer Wizkid, and Guyanese rapper Saint Jhn. However, Saint Jhn was not credited with the Grammy win as he did not appear in the music video.

Aura V's historic win further cements her place in Grammy history as the youngest artist to receive an individual Grammy award.
