AVA Capital Plc Adopts Dividend Policy: Key Details for Investors

AVA Capital Plc has filed a corporate action disclosing that its Board of Directors approved a formal Dividend Policy on October 21, 2026. The policy establishes a target payout ratio of between 35% and 70% of Profit After Tax, subject to several financial and regulatory conditions.

AVA Capital Plc (AVACAP) notified the market on October 26, 2026 that its Board of Directors, at a meeting held on October 21, 2026, approved a Dividend Policy setting out a framework for dividend recommendations, declarations and payments.

Under the policy, the company targets a dividend payout ratio in the range of 35% to 70% of Profit After Tax (PAT). The board retains discretion to recommend a payout ratio above or below that range where circumstances justify it. The policy also provides for the possible allocation of a portion of PAT to an employee profit-sharing scheme, subject to applicable laws and approved frameworks.

The policy covers both interim and final dividends. Final dividends must be supported by audited financial statements and submitted to shareholders for approval at the Annual General Meeting. The company states explicitly that the policy does not guarantee that dividends will be declared in any financial year.

Dividend recommendations will be guided by the company's financial performance, earnings, cash flows, capital adequacy, planned investments, strategic priorities and prevailing economic conditions. Disclosures related to dividends will be made through regulatory channels and the company's approved communication platforms.
