Badaru Denies Secret Meeting With Kwankwaso, Calls Photo Outdated

Former Minister Badaru has dismissed reports of a secret meeting with Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, clarifying that a viral photo showing them in a close-door encounter at Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja is outdated. Badaru's assistant, Mati Ali, denied the authenticity of the photo, stating that it was taken on February 18, 2023, during a coincidental meeting at the airport.

Badaru, who has been overseas for the past month, emphasized that he has not returned to Nigeria, debunking claims of recent political talks in the country. His media aide urged caution against sharing outdated content designed to mislead the public.
