Bandits Free 17 More ECWA Church Members in Kogi After Ransom Payment

Bandits in Kogi State have released 17 more members of the ECWA Church after a ransom payment, totaling 24 freed victims. The release followed negotiations and the payment of a hefty ransom.

The community came together to raise the necessary funds. The bandits had abducted worshippers during a church service in Aiyetoro Kiri Bunu.

The government was reportedly not involved in the negotiations, leading to frustration among residents.
