Barau Jibrin Distributes Cars and Motorcycles in Kano

On Wednesday, Barau Jibrin, the Deputy President of the Senate, distributed 47 Sharon cars and 282 Boxer motorcycles to members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the Kano North Senatorial District. This gesture is part of an empowerment initiative aimed at helping beneficiaries become self-reliant.

Muhammad Abdullahi, the Chief of Staff to the Deputy President of the Senate, emphasized the importance of this support in enhancing the lives of the recipients. The distribution is intended to stimulate human development and ease the burden of poverty in the region.

Abdullahi also highlighted that the vehicles should not be seen as disposable but as tools for generating income. Salihu Takai, the state coordinator for the Renew Hope Agenda, noted that this is not the first intervention in human capital development for the Kano North Senatorial District and assured that it would not be the last.

The beneficiaries included local government chairmen and secretaries of the APC.
