Barcelona Beats Bayern to Reach Women's Champions League Final

FC Barcelona triumphed over Bayern Munich with a 4-2 victory, achieving a 5-3 aggregate win to advance to the Women’s Champions League final. Alexia Putella scored two goals, while Aitana Bonmati made her return from a five-month injury layoff.

The match took place at Camp Nou, with 60,000 fans in attendance. Barcelona initially took the lead through Carolin Graham Hansen's assist to Putella in the 13th minute.

Bayern equalized shortly after through Linda Dallmann. Barcelona regained the lead with Putella's second goal, followed by Salma Paralluelo's header, marking her ninth goal in the competition.

Despite Bayern's relentless attack, including a disallowed stoppage-time goal, they could not overcome Barcelona's defense. This victory marks Barcelona's sixth consecutive final appearance, where they will face Lyon, the record eight-time winners, on May 23.
