Basketball Community Supports Igoche Mark After Loss

Members of the basketball community visited Igoche Mark in Abuja to pay their condolences following the death of his mother, Madam Veronica Mark. The delegation was led by Ahm Tijjani Ibrahim, the Vice Chairman of the Kaduna State Basketball Association.

During the visit, Ibrahim spoke on behalf of the delegation, praying for God to grant the family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss. He expressed appreciation for the basketball community's support and solidarity during this moment of grief.

Igoche Mark thanked the basketball family for their genuine love and support. He paid tribute to his mother, describing their close bond and mentioning that he spoke to her at least once every day.

Madam Veronica Mark passed away shortly before her birthday, which would have been celebrated on June 29, 2025. Dignitaries and stakeholders from across the basketball fraternity were present to offer prayers and support to the Mark family during the visit.
