Bayelsa Police Launch Manhunt for Suspects in Cyberbullying and Murder Case

The Bayelsa State Police Command has launched a manhunt for suspects involved in an alleged attempted murder, cyberbullying, and abduction case of Miss Nancy Wilfred in Yenagoa. The incident, which drew public attention after a viral video, led to a criminal investigation being opened.

The Commissioner of Police, Alonyenu Francis Idu, emphasized the importance of bringing the perpetrators to justice and providing support to the victim. The police have engaged gender organizations to aid in the victim's recovery and have urged the public not to share the disturbing images to prevent further trauma.
