White Money, the winner of BBNaija season 6, has announced plans to take legal action against Uche Maduagwu following controversial comments made by Maduagwu on September 8, 2026. In an Instagram video, Maduagwu referred to White Money as an "outcast," using the Igbo term "OSU," which carries significant cultural implications.

He further alleged that a film produced by Joseph Okechukwu was based on White Money's life and claimed that White Money had paid producers to include his narrative in the project. In response, White Money released his own Instagram video, criticizing Maduagwu's acting career and accusing him of seeking relevance through controversy.

He emphasized that Maduagwu's remarks crossed a legal line, and his legal team would be addressing the situation formally. White Money also expressed feelings of personal betrayal, recalling their past acquaintance during his struggles in Surulere, and urged Maduagwu to focus on his peers' progress instead of seeking attention through negative comments.
