Benue Launches Eco City Project to Cut Rent Costs

Benue State has initiated the construction of a 1080-unit Eco City project to address high rental costs. The Benue Investment and Property Company (BIPC) commenced the project to provide affordable and modern housing solutions.

The first phase of the project, known as Eco City, will consist of 32 units, with subsequent phases adding more units. The initiative aims to reduce rental expenses, particularly benefiting civil servants.

The project's completion within 24 months will significantly contribute to alleviating the housing deficit in the state. The Eco City project represents a crucial step towards enhancing housing accessibility and affordability in Benue State.
