Benue State Initiates Construction of 1,080 Housing Eco-City Estate

Benue State Government commenced the construction of a 1,080 housing Eco-City Estate through the Benue Investment Property Company Limited (BIPC). The project, launched in Makurdi, aligns with the state's vision for urban development.

The estate, located near Benue Brewery Limited, aims to address the housing deficit in the state. The Group Managing Director of BIPC emphasized the urgent need for sustainable and affordable housing in Benue.

The first phase of the project includes 32 housing units, with plans for further expansion. The government encourages investors, especially Benue citizens, to participate in the development of the modern housing estate.
