Hyacinth Alia Wins APC Governorship Primary in Benue

In the recent APC governorship primary election in Benue State, Hyacinth Alia emerged victorious, securing 367,786 votes. The results were declared by Professor Moham Kabiru Isa Fridai, the chairman of the Benue State governorship primary election committee.

Alia's victory was significant as he defeated his closest competitors, Terwas Orbund and Jeffrei Kuranun, who received 2,923 and 3,247 votes, respectively. Following the announcement, Alia called on party members to unite and work together to advance the progress of the people of Benue State.

He expressed gratitude for the support he received and emphasized the importance of collaboration among APC members to foster development in the state.
