Besiktas FC Names Wilfred Ndidi as Vice-Captain, Orkun Kökçü as Captain

Besiktas FC, a Turkish football club, has confirmed Wilfred Ndidi as the new vice-captain and Orkun Kökçü as the team captain. This move was announced by the club's board of directors to strengthen leadership within the team.

The decision to appoint Ndidi and Kökçü comes after the departure of former captain Necip Uysal. The club expressed gratitude to Uysal and Mert Günok for their leadership contributions.

Ndidi and Kökçü will take on their new roles as leaders as Besiktas currently sits in sixth place in the Turkish Super Lig table.
