Beta Glass Reports N37.54bn Q1 Revenue, New Board Announced

Beta Glass Plc announced a revenue of N37.54 billion for the first quarter of 2026 during its 52nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) held in Lagos. The company unveiled a newly reconstituted board to strengthen corporate governance and drive long-term value creation.

The board's composition aims to sustain growth and enhance shareholder value amid evolving global business landscapes. The AGM was chaired by Dr.

Vitu Ezinwa, who discussed the company's performance and future strategies. The newly appointed board includes four non-executive directors: Mr.

Nitin Kaul, Ms. Olusola Carrena, Mr.

Bolaji Olatunbosun Osunsanya, and Mr. Boy Olusanya, bringing expertise in private equity, corporate finance, manufacturing, logistics, energy, and infrastructure.

Chief Executive Officer Alex Gendi stated that the company's performance reflects resilience despite market challenges, with a commitment to operational excellence and innovation. Beta Glass has contributed N1 trillion to Nigeria's economy over the past decade, as indicated by an independent socio-economic impact report from Deloitte.
