Judge Acts on Kanu's Medical Motion Amid Legal Battle: Biafra Separatist Leader's Ordeal!

Justice Musa Liman of the Federal High Court in Abuja took action on Nnamdi Kanu's motion seeking urgent medical attention. Kanu, the detained leader of the outlawed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), filed a motion for medical care at the National Hospital in Abuja.

The judge ordered the case file to be transferred back to the Chief Justice of the Federal High Court following an application by Kanu's counsel. Kanu, a British citizen, faces terrorism charges in Nigeria and has pleaded not guilty.

His trial has faced delays and bail denials, leading to calls for negotiations with the Nigerian government from stakeholders in the southeast region.
