Amotekun Rescues Three Nurses Abducted in Ondo State

The Ondo State Security Network Agency, known as Amotekun, successfully rescued three nurses who were abducted by terrorists from a primary health center in Akure, Ondo State. The rescue operation occurred around 4:30 AM on Saturday, following a heavy confrontation with the kidnappers.

The health workers had been taken during an attack on the health center around 2 AM, where armed bandits stormed the facility, abducting the nurses while a manager managed to escape. Additionally, a 45-year-old man and his 15-year-old son were abducted on Friday evening in the Peleb community along Oda Road, with their kidnapping reported between 7:30 PM and 8:00 PM.

Amotekun's command reassured residents about their safety and emphasized the importance of public cooperation in enhancing security across the state.
